Within our extensive 55 terabytes of offsite redundant storage, there's a significant possibility that your photos have been securely backed up this entire time. Commissioning an Archive Retrieval guarantees a dedicated investment of time to locate your photos. If they can be found, we will conduct thorough data verification and securely deliver it via the cloud, where it will remain accessible for 30 days. Our commitment to a meticulous process underscores our dedication to maintaining the security and accessibility of your data.
Please understand that the Archive Retrieval process is a laborious yet crucial service we willingly provide. The time-frame and success rate may be influenced by numerous factors, but rest assured that, by agreeing to undertake this task, we are committed to thoroughly examining every potential storage site on your behalf.
Archive Retrievals start at $450*

*Base fee for recent events dating back to 2019. For each preceding year, add $75/year. Archive Retrieval applies to the entire originally delivered set of images or whatever fraction of images exists to be found. It cannot be pro-rated in the event that only a specific subset of images is requested by the client out of the original delivery set. If the Archive Retrieval process fails, and we are unable to find any images, or if the client declines to accept a partially recovered set, there will be no charge beyond the non-refundable deposit fee of $100.
